T&B Co. originated from my own personal passion, insight and imagination.  But as with many things, I didn’t navigate this journey alone.  There is a team of wonderful souls behind the brand who have worked and supported me on this path.  

Our sweet, funny, and noble French Bulldogs, Teddy & Bear Bear were the inspiration.  And the rest of my family, including my smart & supportive husband and our grown kids, Janelle, Bethany, and Tyler, have been invaluable to give encouragement, opinions and different perspectives. 

Our friend, Olivia, a talented photographer, graphic designer and Pratt graduate, has contributed to the visuals you see across the site.  

In Florence, Italy, I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with EMMA Firenze and their trusted network of artisans - masters of their craft who bring elegance, precision, and heart to every piece we offer. Their work reflects a legacy of excellence, and I’m honored to work alongside them.
