To clean Saffiano leather, simply use a soft, damp cloth to gently wipe the surface; due to its finish, most dirt will easily slide off, and you generally do not need to use any special cleaners or conditioners, just a damp cloth with a little mild soap if necessary; always test any cleaning method on an inconspicuous area first.

Animal print pony-effect leather accents should also be cleaned with a damp cloth, with the grain.

Free & Standard Shipping

• Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $100.
• For orders under $100, a flat-rate shipping fee of $7.99 applies.

Expedited Shipping

• Need it sooner? We offer express shipping for $25 (Continental U.S. only).
• Expedited orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

International Shipping

• We currently ship worldwide! International shipping rates vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
• Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes.

Processing & Delivery Times

• Orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).
• Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 5-7 business days after processing.
• International delivery times vary based on location and customs processing.

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Returns + Exchanges

At T&B Co., we want you and your pup to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Window

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
• If tracking information is unavailable, the 30-day window will begin from the order date plus an estimated shipping time (e.g., 5-7 days for standard shipping).

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Custom or personalized items (e.g., monogrammed accent pieces) cannot be returned unless defective.
• Returns due to sizing issues? We offer exchanges for the correct fit!  See below under Exchanges.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email hello@tandbcompany.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll provide you with a return authorization and detailed shipping instructions.

3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

• Need a different size? Email hello@tandbcompany.com, with your order number and size details and we’ll exchange it for the perfect fit! Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the incorrect size, but we’ll cover the cost of shipping for your new size once we receive the original item. 
• To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition - lightly tried on for fit, but unworn outdoors, unused, and with all tags attached.  Be sure to check our sizing guide to find the best fit before ordering!
